Summary

I use this technique when genotyping and running gels on large numbers of samples. It makes adding the loading dye to all of them very easy.

You could also use this to add loading buffer to samples for SDS-PAGE

"I run the PCR in the usual way and then when the cycle is done, add a droplet of loading buffer to the upper wall of the tube. Sorry if that wasn't clear in the video!"
